“We care about your project and are typically the first on and the last off… our people have a vested interest in what they do.”
“At EPEC we create an environment where everyone is valued…even as a director, I just feel like I am part of the team.”
“We have created this business to follow the biggest engineering challenge of our current generation, the renewable energy transition.”
EPEC Group was built by people who had seen firsthand how critical infrastructure projects fail when technical leadership is disconnected from strategic decision-making. They set out to build something different — a firm where deep engineering expertise and commercial clarity sit at the same table from day one.
Our directors have spent their careers at the forefront of high-voltage power systems and critical infrastructure delivery, spanning the full asset lifecycle — from early-stage feasibility and front-end engineering through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and long-term asset management.
Having held senior roles across major engineering organisations, electricity utilities, and complex project environments, they understand not only how to engineer technically robust solutions — but how to navigate the commercial, regulatory, and stakeholder landscapes that define successful infrastructure outcomes.
Our directors are not hands-off. They are actively involved in shaping solutions, mentoring technical teams, and ensuring every project reflects the standard our clients expect.
Every project EPEC Group delivers reflects the expertise and judgement of the team behind it. Our executive leaders bring decades of high-voltage power and infrastructure experience, shaping the way we think, deliver, and grow.
